Mineable.io/Head of customer support

I worked remotely as the Head of Customer Support at Mineable.io from March 2023 to August 2025. In this role, I handled customer issues daily through Thunderbird, Zoom, and Discord providing direct support, troubleshooting problems, and resolving concerns through live calls when needed. I also led and guided other support agents, serving as the main escalation point for more complex cases.

I took a responsive, solution-driven approach to customer support, which helped improve customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Many satisfied users went on to purchase additional virtual GPUs, effectively turning support into a revenue-generating function. By remaining accessible across multiple channels, I built strong customer trust that consistently resulted in repeat business.

I have been serving as Secretary General of the National Association of Nigerian Maritime Students (NANMS) since December 2025, with my tenure running until January 2027. In this in-person role, I manage all secretariat and administrative functions of the association.

I handle meeting minutes, official correspondence, circulars, and memos, convene SEC meetings on the President’s request, and act as a signatory on official documents. Using tools like Word,Zoom, Excel, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat, I organize meetings and seminars, track executive tasks, and ensure clear communication and accountability across the leadership team.

i worked in person as a Cashier at Bet9ja.com from April 2020 to November 2021, handling daily customer transactions and bet placements. I monitored bets, assisted customers with manual entries, processed cash payments, and maintained accurate records of all funds.

Customer service was a key part of the role, as I handled complaints and resolved issues directly with customers in a fast-paced environment. This position strengthened my ability to work accurately under pressure, manage cash responsibly, and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
